How are your plants packaged?
We carefully pack each plant with protective materials to prevent movement and damage. Succulents are wrapped and cushioned, and everything is packed securely in sturdy boxes.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship from California within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday. After shipment, most contiguous U.S. orders arrive within a few business days depending on your location and selected shipping method. You will receive tracking as soon as your order is on the way.
What if my plant arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the plant and packaging. We will review the issue and help make it right.
How do I care for my new succulent?
Unpack your plant gently and let it rest in bright, indirect light. Wait until the soil is dry before watering, then water thoroughly and let excess moisture drain.
