Weather-safe shipping
For extreme heat, cold, holidays, or carrier delays, we may adjust ship timing to protect the plants. The goal is always a healthier arrival, not the fastest possible handoff.
If something arrives damaged
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the plant, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and help make it right.
