What the guarantee is for

The Live-Arrival Guarantee is designed for plants that arrive damaged, broken, or in unusually poor condition because of transit handling. Normal minor soil movement, a few dry lower leaves, or light shipping stress can happen with live plants.

How to request help

Send photos within 48 hours

Email support@seah.co with your order number and clear photos of the plant, box, packing material, and shipping label. Please keep the plant and packaging until our team replies.

Replacement, credit, or refund where applicable

After review, eligible issues may be resolved with a replacement, store credit, refund, or care guidance depending on the order details, product availability, and condition shown in the photos.

Important limits

What may not be covered

Damage from incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, package refusal, extended exposure after delivery, or care issues after arrival may not be covered. Weather protection recommendations may also affect eligibility during extreme temperatures.
