How are your plants packaged?
We carefully pack each plant with protective materials to prevent movement and damage. Succulents are wrapped in tissue paper and cushioned with biodegradable packing peanuts, then placed in sturdy boxes designed to keep them secure during transit.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship from California within 1-2 business days, Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.
How long does shipping take?
We ship via USPS Priority Mail which typically takes 2-4 business days after shipment. Exact transit time depends on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the contiguous United States due to agricultural regulations for live plants. We hope to expand shipping options in the future.
What if my plant arrives damaged?
We stand behind every shipment with our Live Arrival Guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the plant and packaging. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Can I return a healthy plant?
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we cannot accept returns on healthy plants. However, if you're unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out and we'll do our best to help.
How do I care for my new succulent?
Unpack your plant gently and let it rest in bright, indirect light for a few days. Water only when the soil is completely dry — usually every 7-14 days depending on your climate. Use well-draining succulent soil and a pot with drainage holes.
Why does my plant look different from the photo?
Each plant is unique and may vary slightly in size, shape, and coloring from product photos. Succulents also naturally change color based on light exposure and season — this is normal and healthy!
My plant looks shriveled after delivery — is it dying?
No! It's completely normal for succulents to look slightly stressed after shipping. Give your plant bright indirect light, wait 2-3 days before watering, and it should plump back up within a week.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes! During checkout you can add a personalized gift note. We'll include it with your order on a beautiful card. All our packaging is gift-ready with no prices shown.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We process orders quickly! Please email us within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. Once an order has been packed, we cannot modify it.
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your address, and earn rewards on future purchases.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a USPS tracking number. You can also log into your account to view order status at any time.
What about cold/hot weather shipping?
We include heat packs during cold months (below 40°F) at no extra charge. During extreme summer heat, we may hold shipments until temperatures are safe for plants.
